Sunday : Family Worship

Join us each Sunday at 10:30am for our Family Worship service.

Every first Sunday follows our ‘Worship Together’ format and lasts approximately 45 minutes – see our Children & Families tab for more details. On other Sundays, our Family Communion service normally includes 4 hymns, with music during Holy Communion, an address (sermon) and prayers for the wider community and world, each service lasting for approximately 70 minutes. All services are followed by optional refreshments where those who stay get to catch up over a tea / coffee / fruit juice / biscuits and the occasional cake. Every second Sunday includes our Prayer Ministry – expand the box below to read more.

The second Sunday of the month is a Family Communion service (as explained above), with the addition of Prayer Ministry for those who would like to receive it. This takes place whilst people are receiving Holy Communion and all are welcome to come forward (whether receiving communion or not). There are usually two people to whom you can go and ask for prayers, either for yourself or for someone or something else. These are private individual prayers, at which we also offer the choice to be anointed with oil.

This is a said service (no Hymns or Music) with a short address – this midweek service lasts approximately 40 minutes and is also followed by optional refreshments.
