St. Philip's

About us

St. Philip’s is located in the village of Hassall Green in rural south Cheshire, England. The church started life as St. Mary’s in the nearby town of Alsager and in 1883 it was moved by horse and cart to its present location. The church is painted pink and is known for miles around as the little pink church. It can be found in Smithy Grove, Hassall Green, Sandbach, Cheshire CW11 4XY.

In 2025, St. Philip’s joined with St. Mary Magdalene, Alsager to form the combined parish of Alsager and Hassall Green.

Please see our Facebook page and regular posts for details of upcoming services and events.
